TERMS OF TRADE

1 .- Custom and Tax

VERY IMPORTANT: All shipments to countries outside the European Community are subject to taxes by the customs of each country and depend on the type of product and the total price of the order received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all possible taxes subject to the rules of each country.

Storemusic-live.com will not pay any amount due to customs and recommends to its customers to find out customs conditions of your country.

Orders for European Union addresses have no hidden tax in any case.

2 .- Order Returns & Cancellations

The legal term for returners is 7 days from the date of receipt.

If any of the products have not been reached in right way and/or a wrong product has been sent, you should communicate via telephone or email to the customer's attention info@storemusic-live.com, indicating the type of incident. Following the goods return and their verification, the money shall be the return including travel expenses.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you must indicate this by phone and / or email to MusicStore-live.com, shipping costs are borne by the customer. After receiving a consignment, moneyshall be to return. In this case, no return shipping costs incurred.
We will not accept returns of CD's and DVD's if they are not sealed.

IMPORTANT:
storemusic-live.com will not return any amount or perform any forwarding of merchandise until it is received and verified the state of the return product, packaging and accessories. The price to be refunded is the one originally contained in the order.
